Arjan Lansbergen

Arjan is sinds 2015 betrokken bij het Universitair Netwerk voor de Care sector Zuid-Holland (UNC-ZH). In 2018 werd hij Linking Pin en voorzitter van de Wetenschappelijke Onderzoekscommissie (WOC) van een van de aangesloten organisaties.

Vanaf 2025 werkt Arjan als Praktijk Kennismakelaar binnen het Valorisatieteam van het UNC-ZH. Deze rol is bijzonder, omdat hij zowel voor het netwerk als in de praktijk werkt. Binnen zijn eigen verpleeghuisorganisatie is hij ook actief met wetenschappelijke projecten.

In het Valorisatieteam zorgt Arjan voor een goede samenwerking tussen onderzoekers en zorgorganisaties. Hij vindt het belangrijk dat onderzoeksresultaten echt gebruikt worden in de praktijk. Zo wil hij bijdragen aan betere zorg voor kwetsbare ouderen.

Arjan has been involved with the University Network for the Care sector South Holland (UNC-ZH) since 2015. In 2018, he became the Linking Pin and chairman of the Scientific Research Committee (WOC) of one of the affiliated organizations. From 2025, Arjan works as a Practice Knowledge Broker within the Valorization Team of UNC-ZH. This role is special because he works both for the network and in practice. Within his own nursing home organization, he is also active with scientific projects. In the Valorization Team, Arjan ensures good cooperation between researchers and care organizations. He finds it important that research results are actually used in practice. In this way, he wants to contribute to better care for vulnerable elderly people.
